Social Responsibility

At Keswick we realize that we have a part to play in supporting our community. Our community is defined as local, regional and national. We support that community by providing our facilities and services free of charge or at a reduced price.

1. We sponsor all Rotorua area based schools, they pay 30% less than any other school - it is our way of giving back to the community.
2. Solo parents come to Keswick, pitch a tent and use our facilities for free.  Conditions apply.
3. We sponsor our local Wet Lands group by providing free meeting rooms including tea & coffee.
4. We sponsor the local rate payers group by providing the same facilities including a designated host.
5. We aid the Police in special residential programmes held on site.
6. We provide free of charge accommodation to all qualifying overseas missionaries who are back in New Zealand for a holiday.
7. We have sponsored the Salvation Army with providing holidays for disadvantaged families.
8. We sponsor the "Discovery" programme a 7 day residential skills academic course for kiwi teenagers to the tune of $6000 in goods & services.
9. We support Enviro schools in promoting their sustainability message in schools.
10. We provide meeting rooms for local churches free of charge.
